If you have a Mac or iOS devices, you can send iMessage messages, even if you don’t have an iPhone. When sending iMessage messages, your Apple ID address will show as the sender. If you do not have an active phone line on your iPhone, you will not be able to send SMS messages. The cheapest Apple device is the iPad at $330. If you need the cheapest iPhone, then you would want the iPhone SE. However, I would recommend spending a little extra, and get the 128GB option. This is especially so if this will be your primary telephone. Once you have an iOS or MacOS device, you can send iMessage messages to me. If you are using a computer, you might be best to use the email address associated with my account.
