Most likely, I am not available. There could be a number of reasons that I am not available, but I am not going to list every single instance. The second reason is it is between 9:30PM and 6AM. This is likely when I am sleeping, and wouldn’t want to wake up from someone that might just as likely have the wrong number. Another reason I could think of is you are blocked from my contacts. If this you, then you are likely best to send me a message that I haven’t blocked you on, and make a case of why I should unblock you. Last reason I could thing of is you are calling one of my [international] numbers when I am not home. All of my international numbers rings to a home phone which never leaves my home since it is limited to Wifi.
